Sweet and simple elderflower syrup mixed with the bold rush of fresh squeezed blood orange juice takes your average gin drink and kicks it up a few notches. A couple of drops of our loyal friend, St. Germain, makes this drink a little too easy to go down. Not to mention, your guests will love to watch the bartender pour bright red OJ on top and make colorful clouds inside each glass.
¾ oz St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
½ oz lime juice
2 ½ oz blood orange juice
In a glass, combine gin, St. Germain, lime juice, and ginger ale. Top glass with ice. Slowly pour in blood orange juice. Garnish with orange slices and lemon thyme sprigs. Serve immediately and drink up!
